Rnd 4: Ch 1, [sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next] 6 times, join - 24 sc.
Rnd 5: Ch 1, sc around in bk lps, join - 24 sc.
Rnds 6-9: Ch 1, sc around, join - 24 sc.  Fasten off
at the end of rnd 9.

Second TierWith white, form an adjustable ring.
Follow rnds 1-4 of First Tier.
Rnd 5: Ch 1, [sc in next st, 2 sc in next] 12 times, join - 36 sc.
Rnd 6: Ch 1, sc around in bk lps, join - 36 sc.
Rnds 7-10: Ch 1, sc around, join - 36 sc.  Fasten off at the end of rnd 10.

Third TierWith white, form an adjustable ring.
Follow rnds 1-4 of First Tier and rnd 5 of Second Tier.
Rnd 6: Ch 1, [sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next] 12 times, join - 48 sc.
Rnd 7: Ch 1, sc around in bk lps, join - 48 sc.
Rnds 8-11: Ch 1, sc around, join - 48 sc. Continue to rnd 12 if making a sachet or fasten off at end of rnd 11 and follow Bottom.
Rnd 12: Ch 1, sc around in bk lps, join - 48 sc.  Fasten off.

BottomWith white, form an adjustable ring.
Follow rnds 1-6 of Third Tier.  Do not fasten off.

Assembly of Third Tier and BottomWith bottom’s ws facing out and working through both thicknesses, sl st bottom to bk lps of last rnd of third tier.  Stuff moderately before closing.

Scalloped IcingWith the top of the cake facing you, join pastel blue with a sc in any  ft lp of last rnd of tier. Make 3 more sc in the same lp, sl st in next 2 lps. [4 sc in next lp, sl st in next 2 lps] around.  Fasten off.

FlowerUse different shades of pink.
Row 1: Ch 6, starting in second ch from hook, make 2 sc in each ch across - 10 sc.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, make 2 sc in each st across - 20 sc.  Fasten off.

LeavesWith different shades of green, ch 6.  Sl st in second ch from hook, sc in next ch, hdc in next 2 chs, sc in last ch.  Fasten off.

Stuff top tiers moderately before gluing.
